Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a contract?

No. All orders are on week-to-week basis.

Do you ship?

No. We currently only offer local pickup and delivery options in the Louisville, Kentucky area.

How does the menu work?

We have a rotating menu that is released each week on Monday. There will be breakfast and lunch/dinner options. Orders will close every week by midnight on Wednesday.

How do I order?

Orders may be placed directly through our website, by choosing Order Here and selecting the meal options you would like. You may then checkout through your Cart, and choose pickup or delivery (shipping). All payments are collected prior to the preparation of meals.

How do I get my meals?

Fuel Meal Prep partners several gyms across the Louisville area. If you are a member of any of these gyms you may select that location for free pickup. If you are not a member of any of the gym partners, you may still choose from one of the pick-up locations for free pick-up. We also offer local delivery within a 20 mile radius for $10. Please select the "shipping" option for delivery. All meals are available for pickup or delivery on Mondays. See gym details for closing times. To stay compliant with all food safety rules, all orders must be picked up by close on Wednesdays. Any meals left by this time will be discarded without refund.

How long do the meals last?

No more than 7 days of fridge time is recommended for best taste and freshness.

What do I do if I have an incomplete or damaged order?

If you notice an issue please report it at 502-714-3144 or info@fuelmealprep.com within 24 hours. We will not be able to address any issues that are reported after that time frame.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order any time before Thursday at 12pm and a refund will be processed. Please note we ask 48 hour notice for any cancellation for refund.

Do I need to return my containers like other companies require?

No, you do not. We want to maintain the highest safety standards possible and only use fresh containers each week.
